Refund policy

At AIRFLO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received it

    • In its original packaging (where applicable)


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges

  • If your product is defective or damaged on arrival, we will offer a free replacement.

  • To arrange an exchange, please contact us at sales@airflo.online with your order number and details.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products (if offered)

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a fault with the product (e.g. defective item), we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  1. Order number

  2. Reason for return

  3. Photos of the item (if defective/damaged)

We will provide the return instructions.
